About Us
The Story
Most HR, safety and compliance firms that work in agriculture come from the outside.
They may understand the legislation. They don't understand that a Farm Manager mid harvest can't spend three hours processing contractor paperwork, or that a feedlot running 24 hour shifts has workforce dynamics that look nothing like a standard employment contract.
AtOne AGRI was built specifically for this industry, by people who have worked in it, not just consulted to it. Our team brings post graduate qualifications in HR and Risk Management alongside genuine agricultural experience. That combination is rare, and it's what allows us to give advice that's both legally sound and actually workable on the ground.
How We Work
We operate as an embedded compliance partner, not a call centre advisory service.
When you engage AtOne AGRI, you get a dedicated team who knows your operation, your people, and is actively maintaining your systems, not just waiting for you to call with a problem.
Our clients tend to be medium to large, mixed farming operations with multiple properties, high contractor volumes and operations with significant workforce compliance exposure.
These are businesses where the cost of getting it wrong is serious, and where a lean management team genuinely doesn't have capacity to run a compliance function internally.
Josh Flynn
Managing Director
Josh Flynn founded AtOne AGRI, backed by postgraduate qualifications in HR and risk management, to help agribusinesses manage compliance properly rather than leaving it to chance or generalist advice.
He has seen what happens when large agricultural operations get their compliance wrong and built AtOne AGRI so other agribusinesses don't have to learn the same lessons the hard way.
He and the team work as embedded partners rather than external consultants: they get to know your operation and take responsibility for the outcomes, not just hand over advice and leave you to apply it.
