Scale and Complexity
You're running a medium to large operation, a multi property broadacre or cotton enterprise, a feedlot with rostered shift based labour, or a mixed farming business with heavy seasonal and contractor reliance.
Compliance isn't a minor administrative task for a business like yours. It's a genuine risk management function, and it needs to be treated like one.
A Lean Management Team
Your farm managers and operational leaders are exceptional at what they do. Running HR, safety and contractor compliance systems on top of their core role isn't a good use of their time, and the gaps it creates are where your exposure lives.

Who We're Probably Not the Right Fit For
- A smaller single property operation with a straightforward workforce. Our model is likely more than you need, we can point you toward resources that will serve you better.
- Looking for one off advice on a specific issue. There are good generalist consultants who handle that well.
- Want a compliance system you manage yourself with occasional support. Our software may be relevant, but our full-service model probably isn't.
Most of the operations we now work with weren't certain they needed us when we first spoke. A conversation usually makes it clear quickly, in either direction.
