People & Compliance Administrator

Full-Time or 4 Days/Week (9am–5pm) Remote $32–$35 per hour + Super (dependent on experience, capability and overall fit)

The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and organised People & Compliance Administrator to support our growing client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working with systems, processes and people. You may be building on your early career experience or bring a well-established administration background. The most important qualities are your client facing skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Working closely with our People & Compliance Advisors, you'll help ensure client systems remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready across HR, safety, contractor and compliance functions.

An interest in agriculture and rural businesses will be highly regarded; however, candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client HR, WHS and Contractor Management systems.
  • Support Employee and Contractor onboarding processes.
  • Monitor licences, qualifications, inductions and training records.
  • Maintain accurate personnel and compliance databases.
  • Assist with HR administration and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise professionally with clients via phone, email and virtual meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader People & Compliance Advisory team.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Able to receive feedback with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • An interest in agriculture and rural industries (highly regarded).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualifications in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Experience working with compliance-based systems or documentation will be highly regarded.
